Need an Official Docket or Record?
For a Portage County court case, start with the Clerk-linked Public Access route for case information and then use the owning division for a record or date that requires confirmation. CourtView coverage is published for Common Pleas General and Domestic Relations, Probate, and the Ravenna and Kent Municipal Court branches from 1992 forward. A portal result is not a certified copy, and Juvenile records follow separate access rules.
- Case information: use the official county public-access route or the case lookup reference to identify the court and number.
- A hearing setting: verify it with the owning branch or review the local court-date channels.
- Common Pleas criminal, civil, or appellate records: call the General Division Clerk at 330-297-3644.
- Ravenna Municipal traffic or criminal records: call 330-297-3639; Kent Traffic/Criminal is 330-678-9100.
- Municipal civil records: call Ravenna Civil at 330-297-3635 or Kent Civil at 330-678-9170.
- Domestic Relations records: call the Domestic Relations Clerk at 330-297-3475.
